The military-themed entertainment will include ceremonial music from The Queen's Royal Hussars Pipes & Drums, and the uplifting harmonies of the local Innsworth Military Wives Choir, for whom Gloucester Cathedral is the perfect auditorium. There will also be cathedral exploration available, an official photographer present to capture your memorable evening and a thrilling fighting display by a select team of highly trained Gurkhas.
With additional vegetarian and vegan options, the luxury three-course meal is served by Reeka Events, a local fine dining caterer that offers bespoke seasonal options from locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, with all dishes freshly prepared on site from scratch. A curated selection of excellent red and white wines will be on your table with the meal and additional bottles may be ordered throughout the evening for your enjoyment.
We ask you to arrive at Gloucester Cathedral in formal wear for a six o’clock start and the evening’s entertainment will come to a close by ten-thirty.

The Queen's Royal Hussars Pipes and Drums
We are delighted to have the Pipes and Drums of The Queen's Royal Hussars attending our Cathedral Dinner. All the soldiers currently serving in the Pipe Band are not just pipers and drummers but are also full crewmen of the regimental workhorse, the Challenger 2 Main Battle Tank. They have performed at the Royal Tournament and the Edinburgh Tattoo and we look forward to hearing them for the first time inside the magnificent Gloucester Cathedral.

Innsworth Military Wives Choir
The Innsworth Military Wives Choir helps to connect women in the military community and create a support network through the power of singing. We are delighted to welcome them to the Gloucester Cathedral Remembrance Dinner and know that you are going to be blown away by their uplifting performance and soaring harmonies as they fill the acoustic chamber of the cathedral nave.
